    Position Summary:
    Responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and the lead generation process.

    This individual will provide management communications to the inside sales department and will coach sales employees to improve overall performance, leading the inside sales team to successfully meet and exceed quotas.

    The Inside Sales Manager will monitor and report to management on sale and rental metrics, including the reporting of risks and opportunities to management.

    Responsibility for the implementation of Customer Relationship Management software policies and procedures will fall to the Inside Sales Manager.


    Essential Responsibilities & Requirements:
    Responsibilities

    Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach and exceed quotas and improve customer service and quote turn-around time.
    Work with management to achieve relevant list of targeted questions to determine customer habits and needs.
    Provide coaching for existing Inside Rental/Sales Representatives, and training for new representatives.
    Develop and execute training programs (systems, sales, customer service, product, etc.) designed to improve the effectiveness of the team.
    Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators for the department to track progress.
    Ensure effective partnership with other sales representatives across Custom Truck One Source
    Manage performance and salary reviews and provide employee development plans.
    Implement CTOS CRM procedures across existing team and ensure accurate, complete, and necessary information is captured in CRM system.
    Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administrative processes.
    Assist in covering for IRR/ISR PTO events, planned and unplanned.
    Assist Project Coordinator with creating, entering and process flow of Tool Ups and Kitting.
    Switch between multiple tasks seamlessly.
    Experience working in a cross functional environment.
    Maintain a state of orderliness and efficiency for self and direct reports.
    Knowledge of the CTOS equipment team(s) and processes
    Deep knowledge and understanding of M3 and RentalMan software.

    Requirements

    Ability to decipher and learn technical material.
    The person in this position needs to constantly move inside the office to access filing cabinets, office equipment, etc.

    Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a phone, copy machine, laptop, mobile device, and computer printer.

    Must be able to professionally communicate with individuals throughout all aspects of the business, including customers.
    Must be able to observe and identify equipment controls and functionality.
    Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, excluding holidays and PTO.
    Ability to work without direct supervision.
    Some travel to ISR and customer locations and attendance of industry relevant trade shows as necessary.
    Ability to work with direct reports in multiple time zones based on their schedule.
    Professional demeanor and excellent communication capabilities
    Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques


    Physical requirements:
    Sitting, Standing, and Walking

    Ability to lift and move equipment up to twenty-five pounds at times greater, between storage, a vehicle, or a customer location.

    Education and Experience:

    5+ Years of utility equipment or parts distribution related sales experience
    Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
    A minimum of 5 years of management experience, with multiple direct reports.
    Experience and success in managing and motivating a group of individuals.
    Experience managing a remote team.
    Professional demeanor and excellent communication capabilities
    Ability to work with and monitor customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    Computer and Smartphone proficient including MS Office
