Job Title - Senior Mammography Data Curation Expert


Qualification:
10+ years' experience as mammography technologist in MQSA certified facility
Bachelor's degree desired
Working knowledge of DICOM
Understanding of mammography image quality
Expert knowledge of clinical data management principles and GCPs
Proficiency over Excel
Familiarity with SQL database is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems infrastructure is a plus
Ability to zero in on fine detail as well as take a step back to understand big picture


Duties and Responsibilities:
Annotate mammographic images by reviewing associated radiology and pathology reports
Work with data collection team for quality control and completeness of image data
Provide feedback on data collection SOPs
Work with data science and AI model development teams for iterative validation processes for accurately labelled data
Write SOP related to data curation and annotation
Work with consultant radiologists for data preparation for complex annotation projects
