This position is an Integrated Program Planner Staff Position on the IFG program, supporting the Global Readiness Solutions (GRS) team.
Duties include supporting Control Account Managers (CAM) in the build/maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Also driving execution of the PP&I business rhythm for all PP&I products to all internal/external customers across multiple IFG products.
Tasks include the monthly IMS updates of multi-schedule projects, schedule health metrics, performance metrics, critical path analysis, monthly CDRL reports, schedule risk assessments and maintenance of PSMS, and intermediate schedules.
This position works alongside and provides guidance to other planners to ensure LM labor and supplier tasks are properly integrated into the Contract IMS and that baseline change control is maintained per applicable command media.
The Position supports Program management by performing as the resident schedule expert. Such support will include but is not limited to high level customer reviews and meetings.What is Program Planning to Lockheed Martin?

Summary of Key Duties
This experienced professional level 4 position provides PP&I support for the F-16 Production team, working with the technical and operational community, planners, and program management to translate authorized customer requirements into a compliant Request for Proposal Schedule which accurately and comprehensively validates the proposed scope, flow and resources required to execute the program.
The position supports PMs with the capture and business development teams.Such support will include but is not limited to development of product level plans, proposal schedules, critical path analysis, SRA's, development and maintenance of summary schedules.
Candidate will integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on existing and future plans. Will develop/refine knowledge of CPM and how to apply it in IMS network development/analysis.
This role requires a motivated, self-starter who can work closely with LM PM, Tech SMEs and internal stakeholders for program execution.
Will be an active participant in the eval of program and PP&I products/practices and will be key in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps.
***Must be a US Citizen, have ability to obtain & maintain a Security Clearance as part of employment.

Basic Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
- Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
- Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
- Demonstrated team building skills
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
- Bachelors degree
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- 5+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
- Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implement actionable improvement plans
- Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
- Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
- Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
- Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
- Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
- Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
