    The Opportunity:

    As a general management consultant on our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's

    current

    structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

    On our team, you'll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement.

    Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll work on a path forward with your client.

    You Have:

    4+ years of experience in project management, organizational design, change management, or process improvement in a consulting or client-facing environment

    Experience with environmental justice

    or

    environmental justice- related

    data

    Ability to apply analytical and critical thi nk ing skills, including c ond ucting research and evaluating options for action

    Ability to understand client needs and translate them into deliverables

    Ability to take initiative and thi nk

    creatively

    Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

    Bachelor's degree

    You Have:

    Experience with implementing organizational design principles in a client-facing environment

    Experience working with federal government agencies, particularly the EPA

    Experience working with state and local communities

    Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations using analytical tools

    Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and explain findings to teammates and leaders

    Master's degree

    PMP, Agile, or Change Management Certification

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
