    The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians in 135+ facilities across the country.

    Devoted to building a collaborative and committed group of employees who manage inventory, fleet and performance - IHS is the driving force that connects our customers with the industry's best products and services for DISH.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    With installation expertise and a passion for sharing it, our technicians are building opportunities for themselves far into the future.


    In this role, you will:

    • Install commercial and MDU satellite and HSD systems
    • Perform repair and maintenance on video and data systems
    • Conduct site surveys
    • Work autonomously to upsell and offer smart home solutions to customers on a daily basis
    Skills, Experience and Requirements


    Ideal technicians have:

    • Experience in cable. satellite or fiber optic installation and maintenance
    • High energy, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask
    • An eye for opportunities to sell customers on new personalized technology
    • Strong customer advocacy skills: friendly, communicative, with a high degree of integrity

    All technicians must have:

    • Aptitude to build rapport quickly. We want you to have a great time servicing our clients
    • Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions
    • Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
    • A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standard
    • Travel may be required
    Salary Ranges


    Compensation:
    $25.09/Hour

    The base pay range shown is a guideline.

    Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

    Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.

    This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
