    As CAO, you'll collaborate closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to shape financial strategy and enhance business performance.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Take full ownership of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet responsibilities.

    Coordinate with staff to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including submission to our parent company.

    Collaborate with financial staff to develop the annual operating budget and rolling forecasts, staying abreast of industry trends for informed decision-making.

    Manage cash flow to support day-to-day operations, asset transactions, and banking requirements.
    Provide strategic and financial insights into engine and aircraft transactions.
    Oversee inventory analysis and costing activities.
    Cultivate and maintain banking relationships, negotiating terms and managing loan renewals and origination.
    Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.


    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    Five or more years of executive leadership experience.
    Strong understanding of advanced accounting principles, GAAP, and finance concepts; MBA or CPA preferred.
    Experience in a publicly held company is advantageous but not mandatory.
    Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and advanced analytical skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel and modeling skills.
    Direct experience in working with lenders.
