    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Tax Manager (8+ years experience) to join our team of professionals. This position offers the opportunity for tremendous training, growth and upward mobility.Our diverse client base and service offerings provide our staff with opportunities to experience many different aspects of the public accounting profession including consulting with small businesses, and assistance with other special projects.Requirements:
    • Develop new business relationships & maintain existing relationships with clients, manage expectations and ensure exceptional client service
    • Manage & coordinate tax compliance and tax advisory engagements
    • Oversee the compliance management process and adapt to process challenges
    • Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture
    • Provides top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
    • Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting rules and pronouncements
    • Manage, mentor & supervise staff on all aspects of income tax planning, preparation, filing and Financial Statement preparation
    • Prepare Federal & State income tax returns, and tax planning, structure, research and compliance for Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates, Non-profits, Individuals and related entities
    • Model taxable income projections for various scenarios
    • Create and Review Prepared & Compiled Financial Statements


    Qualifications:
    • CPA License & strong technical tax research experience
    • 8+ years of Public Accounting experience
    • Experience doing top-level review of income tax returns & financial statements
