    Description

    Searching for motivated Diesel Mechanics that are hungry to learn Opportunity to gain experience with reefer units as well as in house CDL training. Company provides a 10% quarterly bonus of earnings INCLUDING overtime, $600 yearly tool allowance, and $150 boot allowance.

    *Job Responsibilities:


    + Responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on tractors.+ Will need to be able to electrically troubleshoot and use system diagnose on the trucks.+ Diagnose issues and complete work orders.


    • 75% of the trucks are Volvo , 25% are international and have 1 freightlinerQualifications:

    + 1-2+ years experience as diesel mechanics or trailer repair+ Valid Drivers license+ Federal DOT inspections+ Ability to use volt meter - understand Ohms and Amps+ Diploma/GED+ If you have the following
    + ASE Certification+ Reefer (refrigeration experience)+ EPA Section 608 and 609 license+ Technical schooling or certifications+ CDL

    Work Environment:

    + Diesel Truck shop with multiple bays. Loud noises and dirty environment.+ Hot in summer and cold in winter.+ 9 technicians when fully staffed.+ Pay based on experience $24-$40/hour+ 2nd shift: You choose 4 10's or 5 8's+ Either Sun-Wed (like 2:00pm - 12am)

    OR Sun - Thurs (3p-1130p) and will be typical 2nd shift hours    Benefits:
