    We are looking for a Senior Director, Treasury Credit to join our Global Treasury organization.

    Reporting directly to the VP, Treasurer, this key leader in finance will be responsible for actively managing the Global Credit function and assisting with various core treasury activities.

    These activities may include capital planning, working capital management, foreign exchange, and liquidity management to support Sanminas strategic growth and financial goals.

    Manage and develop a team of three experienced credit managers Ensure the Customer Portfolio complies with Sanminas Global Credit Policy Develop and implement a comprehensive credit risk management strategy that includes evaluating the creditworthiness of current and prospective customers, setting appropriate credit limits, and communicating these recommendationsContinuously evaluate and optimize credit processes to improve efficiency and accuracy with a focus on implementing automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasksCollaborate with Sanminas senior leadership along our customers to generate insightful reporting to enable effective business decisionsAbility to drive multiple initiatives between various teams including Sales, Operations, Global Finance Center, Accounting, IT, and other corporate functionsEducation & Experience Requirements:
    Bachelors Degree required (Finance /Accounting, Business Management or related field). Masters Degree (MBA) and/or CPA, CFA, CTP preferredMinimum of 10+ years work-related experience required, preferably in global treasury.

    At least 3 years must be in credit managementManagement experience preferredExperience with Microsoft Office and ERP Software System (Oracle preferred)Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.


    Salary Range:
    $170,000 - $200,000
