Job Summary:
The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health is interested in a Family Medicine physician to join the new UW Health clinic in Janesville, WI.
The Janesville clinic will be comprised of 3-4 providers, as well as team members including a clinic manager, MA\'s, RN\'s, patient service representatives, and more.
The physician who joins this clinic will have the opportunity to shape the clinic from the ground up, with the potential for a leadership role as site lead.
Physician faculty at this clinic will have support from UW-Madison and UW Health, as well as the opportunities that come from being employed in the academic health system.
Qualifications:
Wisconsin medical licensure required prior to start date.
Certification by or eligible for certification by American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).
Successful completion of a fully accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.Education:
Preferred
Terminal Degree
MD, DO, or equivalent
