    Portfolio Manager/Scrum Master

    Must be local to Atlanta area and work Hybrid schedule

    Duration: 12-month contract with possible extensions or conversion to permanent

    Location: Sandy Springs, GA, 1-2 days a week onsite

    Rate: $60-$65 hourly w2

    Our industry-leading client is looking for a Portfolio Manager/Scrum Master that will be responsible for ensuring the effective application of Lean- Agile practices and management of the Enterprise Architecture portfolio. You will be responsible for maturing portfolio management processes including demand and resource management, with integrations into the IT partner teams PI planning sessions. The ideal candidate can demonstrate the comprehension of a lean-Agile mindset and practices with the ability to develop others in this area.

    Qualifications for the Portfolio Manager/Scrum Master:

    • Prior experience as Portfolio Manager in an Agile environment
    • Experience owning Portfolio Kanban boards, dashboards/metrics
    • Change management experience, supporting continuous improvement, developing and implementing improvement plans
    • Has experience enabling teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices
    • Experience in Scrum, Kanban and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
    • Experience working with Product Management, Technical Leads, IT Leadership and IT Strategy teams across Enterprise Architecture to implement new strategies regarding governance, processes, and technology
    • Local to Atlanta and able to work a hybrid work schedule
    • Experience facilitating all sprint ceremonies within the Scrum Framework including Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Backlog Refinement, Mid-Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
    • Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications
    • Experience with Jira, Rally and Clarity
    • Global experience and working in a global environment
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Bachelors Degree
