The Role

The Installation Team Member at Found Rental Co. is a frontline brand ambassador and a vital part of the event-day experience. As one of the first people clients see onsite - and the final impression left behind - this role represents Found's professionalism, efficiency, and care.

Working closely with the Installation Lead and Field Manager, you are responsible for delivering, setting up, and striking event furnishings safely and efficiently while treating every piece with respect and precision. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Delivery, Setup & Strike

• Follow direction from Installation Leads and Field Manager to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and pickups
• Complete event setups and breakdowns within designated timeframes
• Load, unload, and transport furniture and décor safely and efficiently
• Handle all rental inventory with care to prevent damage

Inventory Care & Quality Control

• Inspect items upon pickup and report any stains, damage, breakage, or missing pieces
• Support proper inventory handling and protection during transport
• Assist with warehouse prep and post-event returns as needed

Safety, Compliance & Professionalism

• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
• Adhere to venue rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean driving record (if driving) and follow all company vehicle policies
• Take required meal and rest breaks in compliance with California labor laws

Team Support

• Assist with warehouse duties and additional tasks as assigned
• Support large installs and special events as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
• Passion for safety, organization, and problem-solving
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail

Job Structure & Compensation

• Part-Time Position
• Hourly pay, paid weekly
• Flexible schedule based on event needs

Pay Range: $20-23 per hour
