Customer Service is expanding and seeking representatives who loves a challenge, are interested in continuing to grow with Pristine Auction, and have a strong desire to help others. **Responsibilities:**
Be the face and voice of Pristine Auction providing a superior customer experience
Service customers via phone, email, chat, ticketing system and in-person
Troubleshoot and timely resolve product issues and concerns
Process account transactions and provide account maintenance
Provide administrative support with use of a range of platforms and performing clerical functions
**Requirements:**
Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a customer-facing service environment with a high call volume
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with both customers and employees
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Proficiency with computer applications (40+ WPM typing speed)
