Key Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medication as directed by medical professionals.
Assist clients with mobility, including accompanying them on walks or to doctor's appointments.
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, ensuring clients maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Support clients in completing recommended exercises and physical therapy sessions.
Accompany clients on shopping trips or assist with grocery shopping if needed.
Perform light housekeeping tasks that clients are unable to complete independently, including meal preparation.
Collect and document client information from various sources, including caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members.
Report any unusual incidents or emergencies promptly to nurses, doctors, and family members.
