- Process admission applications to include fraudulent reviews and research.
- Process enrollment transactions.
- Process transcript requests.
- Process enrollment and degree verifications.
- Assist with quarterly registration processes.
- Answer inquiries in various modalities regarding admission, registration, and other department and college services and processes.
- Perform basic functions of credentials/awarding requirements and processes, i.e., review and setting placement scores using multiple measures, assist in printing/mailing of awards, etc.
- Enter student data into college student management system (PeopleSoft) and review transactions for accuracy.
- Troubleshoot transactional processing errors in the student management system (PeopfleSoft), i.e., unable to register, account holds, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service following CPTC C.A.R.E.S./Student Experience to all stakeholders.
- Learn and maintain a working knowledge of college and website services, resources, and tools to assist students, i.e., how to obtain required forms, tutoring services, funding options offered at CPTC, emergency grants, childcare, transportation, explaining processes and procedures, etc.
- Learn and maintain a working knowledge of CPTC programs, program entry requirements, course requisites, and program maps/education plans.
- Maintain knowledge of FERPA (Family Education Rights & Privacy Act).
- Maintain knowledge of college policies, and federal/state rules and laws related to department services.
- Provide basic information regarding residency, tuition waivers, general petition, and other department review and determination processes.
- Perform regular daily system audits related to student admission and enrollment.
- Participate in training and continuous learning to remain up to date with PeopleSoft functionality, to include ways to improve current processes and procedures as related to department services.
- Assist in regular system data clean-ups and corrections.
- Participate and assist in admissions and registration events, i.e., open lab registration, group registration, training, etc.
- Participate and assist in department information sessions, events, Q&A's, etc.
- Participate and assist in the development and implementation of engagement, retention/completion efforts, and EDI initiatives.
- Participate and assist in the development and implementation of departmental and divisional goals, activities, and projects.
- Participate in training as scheduled.
- Participate in EDI professional development
- Attend conferences as funding allows and as requested by supervisor.
- Serve on campus committees as assigned.

Position Objective
The Enrollment Services Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service with a student centered, equity mindset to all Clover Park Technical College students, faculty, staff and visitors. The successful candidate supports the College's mission of Educating Tomorrow's Workforce by enrolling students in college programs, assisting students modify their class schedules, reviewing their transcripts and other placement measures for entrance requirements, and answering inquiries via telephone, email, in person, and other approved communication/service channels following CPTC's policies and procedures as they relate to Enrollment Services.

Clover Park Technical College is located in Lakewood, Washington. Our college has a rich history of professional and technical education dating back to the 1940s, when Clover Park School District established a War Production program, training civilians as auto mechanics, aircraft-service mechanics, ship-fitters, welders, and blueprint readers. Now, CPTC offers more than forty programs in Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing, Health Sciences, Human Services, Business, Hospitality, Science Technology, Engineering, Transportation and Trades.

Health Insurance / FSA
Eligible employees may choose from among seven health plans offered in , including Consumer-Directed Health Plans with Health Savings Account (CDHP-HSA). In addition to top Health Insurance plans, employees are also able to contribute to a tax-exempt Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that allows you to save money on eligible health expenses.
Dental Insurance
Eligible employees may choose from two managed care plans and one preferred provider plan. Dental premiums for you and your dependent(s) are fully paid by CPTC.
Life Insurance
CPTC provides each eligible employee with $35,000 Basic life insurance, and $5,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy at no additional cost. Options allow employees to design their own coverage by purchasing additional coverage as well as coverage for dependents.
Long Term Disability Insurance
CPTC pays for Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage with a 90-day waiting period and a maximum benefit of $450 per month. You may purchase additional optional LTD coverage to supplement the Basic LTD, providing up to 60 percent of your monthly salary.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The employee assistance program is for State of Washington employees, other governmental entities, and their family members. EAP offers free professional counseling and referral services.
