As a Retail Key Holder at Bath & Body Works, you will be responsible for supporting sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues
• Providing individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers
• Leading exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge
• Displaying knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies
• Setting the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work

The ideal candidate will thrive in a customer-first based retail environment, have demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment, and possess effective communication skills and adaptability.

This role requires constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting, and ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
