- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience on a Med Surg or Rehab Long-Term Care/Subacute Rehabilitation (LTC/STR) or hospital unit.
- 3+ years of experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability.
- Lead and supervise the nursing staff on the assigned unit.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care by adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new nursing staff.
- Handle and resolve any patient or family concerns or issues.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $83,000, based on years of experience.
