    Responsibilities:

    Sets up patients using modalities and notifies Physical Therapists of patients readiness for skilled application of Physical Therapy. Works closely with and under the supervision of the Physical Therapist to achieve patient goals and department objectives. Inventories department stock and makes recommendations for replacing needed department items. Is responsible for care and maintenance of equipment and supplies and reports defective equipment to the Director or designee. Assists with clerical duties including phones, appointments, scheduling and reception. Addresses the ages of patients served to best achieve patient dare and communication. Required to use a particulate respirator (mask) when exposed to patients with suspected or know T.B. Takes part in department Performance Improvement projects.

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or equivalent required. Effective communication skills (verbal and written) along with ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as electronic medical systems. Knowledge of supply chain processes preferred.
