    EnLink is seeking a motivated Indirect Tax Analyst to join our high-performing, team-oriented environment.

    This position will primarily support the indirect tax compliance for our publicly traded entity and subsidiaries, as well as providing other tax related support for senior tax members.

    This position will assist the tax team in meeting strategic tax objectives for an organization focused on executing growth plans.

    This position requires a tax professional with solid analytical skills and the ability to multitask. Interested candidates should have a desire to grow with the company and the department.


    Duties include:
    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual indirect tax returns and payments.
    Maintain exemption and resale certificates provided by clients and to vendors.
    Assist in the monthly sales and use tax review, refund requests and reconciliation process.
    Assist with maintenance and filing of business tax licenses.
    Assist in providing internal and external customer service through shared inboxes.
    Assist with administrative needs, including the distribution and processing of mail.
    Assist with ensuring the groups compliance with current and changing tax reporting requirements, laws, and regulations.
    Assist with the valuation appeals process to ensure deadlines are met.
    Research various tax-related issues effectively.
    Assist with sales tax audit requests and appeals.
    Assist with special projects as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
    Minimum 1 year of relevant tax experience preferred.
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    Experience with Vertex, Avalara, or any similar tax software a plus.
    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Collaborate with team members and management.
    Highly self-motivated and directed.
