They are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within their organization. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

    What you will be doing as a Project Engineer:

    Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Coordinate project activities, including procurement, resource allocation, and scheduling, to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

    Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress, address issues, and provide guidance as needed.

    Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.

    Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.

    Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

    Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with client expectations and industry standards.

    Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.

    Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    What you will need as a Project Engineer:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

    3-5 years of relevant experience.

    Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project.

    Knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry best practices.

    Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
