    Looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Cape Girardeau, MO. Check out the details below:

    • Weekly Pay: $62.06 per hour
    • Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

    Job Summary:

    The ideal candidate will provide top-notch nursing care by creating nursing diagnoses, setting care objectives, defining interventions, and offering comprehensive support to patients and their families. Responsibilities also include documenting care services, promoting quality care, and maintaining a safe patient environment.

    Essential Functions:
    • Ensure quality care following professional standards and organizational policies
    • Establish cooperative relationships with the healthcare team
    • Maintain a safe patient care environment by adhering to protocols and regulations
    • Document patient care services accurately
    • Protect organization's value by maintaining confidentiality
    • Monitor and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
    • Coordinate with healthcare team members on patient care plans
    • Adjust treatment plans based on patients' responses
    • Educate patients and families on health topics
    • Provide patient care and support
    • Resolve patient issues and maintain professional standards
    • Promote a culture of safety
    • Develop nursing care plans
    • Administer medications and personalized interventions
    • Assist with exams and explain procedures to patients and families
    • Recognize and react in emergency situations
    • Supervise and delegate duties to staff
    • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
    • Perform other specified duties as assigned
