    Day-to-day support on tasks for the USHQ Finance Director.


    Support the USHQ Finance Director on requests received from key HQ department stakeholders as well as from CFO, Finance Operations US.


    Lead the preparation of USHQ rolling forecasts and annual budget ("commitment"), with guidance and support from the USHQ Finance Director.


    Monthly review of the USHQ P&L as part of the month-end close to ensure adherence to the annual budget and latest forecast and identify action items to be completed by the USHQ finance support team.

    Partner with the finance support team to ensure smooth and timely completion of month-end close activities.


    Monthly review of internal control documentation shared by the USHQ finance support team, ensuring adequate quality of documentation and adherence to internal controls.

    Autonomously manages monthly and recurrent workflows and engages with the USHQ finance support team on various operational tasks.


    Assist the USHQ Finance Director with reviewing and approving various requests received from key HQ department stakeholders, shared service center, USHQ finance support team, and others (e.g., expense policy exceptions, job requests, G&A funding requests, travel approvals, etc.).

    Lead the training and development, including performance feedback, of the Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) staff assigned to support the USHQ


    Qualifications:
    Qualifications

    4years of college education (Finance, Accounting).

    7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

    FP&A experience in a corporate setting is a plus.

    Comprehension and working experience with general accounting concepts (e.g., debits/credits, expense recognition, balance sheet, etc.), Budgeting, and Variance Analysis.


    Interpersonal skills necessary to build partnerships and communicate with diverse groups company-wide (e.g., USHQ finance support team, US FP&A team, and others).

    Highly proficient with MS Office, including Excel formula writing and PowerPoint.

    Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience is preferred.

    Fast learner and who establishes priorities, to maximize efficiency and collaborate all Finance teams to meet deadlines.

    Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral) and strong critical thinking skills.

    Ability to take a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

    Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment and detail-oriented.

    Must be able to work independently.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

    -5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

    Preferred Qualifications

    -6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

    • Excellent business acumen and attention to detail and keen sense for accuracy
    • Outstanding modeling, analytical and quantitative skills, able to resolve tough business problems with well structured analyses
    • Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making
    • Exceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to drive change management
    • Proven ability to lead projects with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce and coordinate time sensitive deliverables within a fast paced and dynamic environment with excellent organizational, prioritization and multi tasking skills
    • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with multiple audiences
    • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

    The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,700.00 to 146,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).

    Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
