    Administrative Assistant

    Position Type: Part-Time
    Hours: hours per week; (5 hours per day 4-5 days per week)
    Pay: $24 - $28 an hour DOE

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a part-time, goal-oriented, well-organized, energetic, and highly motivated administrative assistant with a genuine interest in the commercial real estate industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a self-starter, excels at providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of completing multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. While experience in administration, finance, and/or real estate is beneficial, it is not required but will be considered. Marketing Experience is a big plus

    Duties and Skills:

    • Excellent English skills
    • Telephone and computer etiquette
    • Input properties, contacts, statistics, and associated information into a custom database.
    • Research commercial property details using several databases and online sources.
    • Track and compile commercial real estate transactions within a defined territory using online database tools.
    • Market Research.
    • Creating & maintaining comparable Sales/Lease data
    • Searching for and recording available listings
    • Assist in performing property valuations.
    • Take pictures of properties in the assigned territory and upload them into the database.
    • Update and maintain (e)mailing list and send out (e)mailers.
    • Develop presentation materials, correspondence, marketing flyers, due diligence material, and property overviews using MS Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint.
    • Able to learn software quickly - various industry programs regularly updated
    • Modifying various templates of marketing materials.
    • Administrative duties including answering phones, managing appointments calendar & contacts
    • Working as a right-hand person to a top-performing agent or his executive coordinator

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of minimum experience
    • Experience with writing listing agreements (training will not be provided)
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, preferred but not required
    • Real Estate license preferred but not required
