Job description
Join a dynamic team as a Product Configuration Analyst where you will play a crucial role in implementing sophisticated calculations within our policy administration system. You'll work closely with business and IT teams to transform insurance product specifications into actionable system designs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain technical documentation for business systems.
- Transform product specifications into system rules and logic while adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in lower and production environments.
- Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on system functionality.
- Participate in an Agile work environment, contributing to product delivery with a focus on continuous improvement.
Skills
- Understanding of Life and Annuities product rules and business processes.
- Experience with SQL database queries and the ability to write basic queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on sustainability and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and vendors.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ALIP Product Configuration.
- Advocate of Agile practices and culture.
- Technology, business, and project certifications are beneficial.
