Customer Service Representative for high-end boutique retailer - Vancouver, WA.
Job Description:
Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warrantee claims
Assist customers from beginning to end, often times requiring multiple touch points
Log call data into computer system
Help troubleshoot product issues
Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
Skills:
Customer service, Customer support, Call center
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (3+ years preferred)
Accurate typing and spelling required
6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred
Typing 40WPM (50 preferred)
Work EnvironmentProfessional building, brand new equipment. Gym, lounge and kitchen available for team. Casual dress (jeans are ok).
Team of 14, looking to grow to 25+
Shift preference is that individuals start early to cover East Coast hours.
5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Both 30 min lunch
Training schedule is 7:30 AM - 4PM for 4-6 weeks.
