Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. As the Head of AIERAC, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence in web development and digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring timely deliverables, and maintaining high-quality outputs. You will also be tasked with driving client relationships and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of innovation in web and AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills to oversee teams, coordinate projects, and drive organizational goals.
- Expertise in web development frameworks and technologies, including React, Laravel, Webflow, and Shopify.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital platforms.
- Experience in AI integration and developing innovative, tech-powered solutions for clients.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop strategies for client growth and team performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams and clients professionally.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering custom web development, eCommerce, and AI-driven projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in the tech, web development, or digital solutions industry is highly desirable.
