    Anticipated Schedule
    This is a

    full-time position .

    Monday-Friday:
    8:00 AM - 6:30 PM,

    final schedule to be discussed during interview process
    Some

    holidays are required
    Compensation
    Starting at $25-34/hr ,

    Requirements

    What You'll Do

    As an

    Oncology Veterinary Technician

    you'll work closely with our board-certified oncologists to support patients throughout their treatment—from diagnosis through chemotherapy and follow-up. You'll be a steady, compassionate presence for both patients and families.


    In this role, you will:
    Administer

    medications and chemotherapy

    under the supervision of an oncologist
    Assist with diagnostics, including

    lab work, imaging, and CT scans
    Support oncology appointments and help manage

    patient flow and scheduling
    Maintain accurate

    medical records , treatment notes, and drug logs
    Provide empathetic

    client communication and education
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

    Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Radiology
    Deliver emotional support and patient-centered care during every step of treatment
    Who We Are Looking For

    Licensed or credentialed veterinary technician , Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS), or experienced veterinary assistant
    Experience in specialty medicine and/or oncology preferred
    Excellent communication and organizational skills
    Confidence working in a

    fast-paced, collaborative environment
    Familiarity with veterinary medical software (e.g., EzyVet, SmartFlow) a plus
    A positive attitude and commitment to compassionate care
