- Manage lease database, input, and maintain lease data
- Prepare lease renewals, possess letters, and other documents
- Set-up, maintain, and ensure data integrity of all lease files
- Track key dates such as expirations and renewals
- Create payment schedules within the Company ERP System
- Coordinate Executive approvals for lease/invoicing
- Ensure timely and accurate rent/invoice payments
- Collaborate with Lease Admin team for data communication
- Prepare lease abstracts and engage with landlords/vendors
- Establish Best Practices for the Company
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or commercial real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and accounting processes

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Network Cost Analyst position is responsible for inputting, tracking, and maintaining data on lease agreements for Conterra. This includes wireless tower leases, land leases, easements, and rights-of-ways.
The Network Cost Analyst monitors and updates lease data and collaborates with various departments such as Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Outside Plant to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
This role operates in a fast-paced environment, demanding quick and precise data processing, as well as the ability to analyze and distribute information on individual or multiple leases.
Key requirements include excellent computer skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and effective communication to address issues and conflicts.
