- Provide oversight and direction over contracts and subcontracts, including negotiation, execution, and administration.
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Resolve any contract disputes or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage multiple small to large complex projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Coordinate efforts across the entire project team, including architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction and maintenance schedules and activities, identifying potential bottlenecks and mitigating risks to project timelines.
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding project costs, timelines, and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- Proven experience managing facilities management, and manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Experience with contract negotiation, administration, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
