- Ability to handle all facets of cases from intake to trial preparation as well as appeals
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation sessions
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Assist with case strategy development and implementation
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Must have depositions and court experience
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
- Must have 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a biglaw firm
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the NY or TX state bar and in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
