We're hiring Client Engagement Specialists who are proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in communication, organization, and relationship-building to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points. Provide initial insights into product offerings and value propositions to establish credibility.
- Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate scheduling for customer meetings calls etc.
- CRM Administration & Data Integrity: Enter update maintain accurate records in HubSpot other platforms.
- Customer Relationship Support: Act as point of contact delivering timely follow-up clear communication build trust through consistency transparency attention detail.- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner sales marketing operations teams share updates align strategies resolve conflicts ensure smooth handoffs between departments handle customer prospect information discreetly ensuring compliance policies applicable regulations safeguard sensitive data secure systems professional practices maintain trust protect organizational integrity Process Development Continuous Improvement Document refine enhance outreach scripts workflows processes identify opportunities automation efficiency gains improved experience collaborate leadership implement best practices support operational excellence Other duties assigned adapt evolving business needs maintaining accuracy compliance standardsJob description
