    Quality Manager - Beverage Manufacturing
    Tailored Bottling Solutions
    Downingtown, PA
    Full-Time | Onsite
    Salary: $80,000+
    Company Overview
    Tailored Bottling Solutions is a growing beverage bottling manufacturer focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced Quality Manager / Quality Assurance Manager to oversee food safety programs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within our production environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams, including training, performance evaluations, and development
    • Oversee food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment
    • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, FDA, USDA (as applicable), and customer requirements
    • Manage and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, audits, and records
    • Act as the primary contact for customer audits, FDA inspections, GFSI/SQF audits, and regulatory reviews
    • Implement and monitor HACCP and Food Safety Plans across all production lines
    • Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) resulting from audits, inspections, and nonconformances
    • Review, approve, and release finished product lots based on quality specifications
    • Investigate consumer complaints, customer quality issues, and nonconforming materials
    • Support product recall and traceability programs when necessary
    • Analyze quality and production data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
    • Partner with production, operations, and supply chain teams to improve quality performance
    • Prepare the facility and team for regulatory audits and certifications
    Required Qualifications
    • 3+ years of Quality Manager, QA Manager, or supervisory experience in food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, or production environments
    • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food safety systems, and quality management systems (QMS)
    • Experience working in FDA-regulated manufacturing facilities
    • Proven leadership experience managing quality teams in a manufacturing setting
    • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to problem-solve, analyze data, and implement effective solutions
    Preferred / Plus Qualifications
    • HACCP Certification
    • Experience as a PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual)
    • SQF Practitioner experience
    • Familiarity with GFSI, customer audits, and third-party certifications
    • Experience supporting product recalls and traceability systems
    Compensation & Hiring Process
