We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team This is an interventional pain management practice, with physical medicine and rehab. You will work closely with other NP/PA and MD's. This organization has a strong, solid reputation throughout Chicago. The goal is to bring the patient into TOTAL rehabilitation. GREAT group of people, who are doing right by their patients.

Position is located in the Western Suburbs.

MUST BE A Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

MUST BE IL LICENSED.

Responsibilities:

• Administer injections, and other medical procedures
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
• Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
