Growing home-based medical practice searching for a professional, self-motivated, office team member.

Applicants are required to have the following:

• Professional demeanor with coworkers and clients
• Pass a background check and urine drug screen

• Use of Electronic Health records to take off referrals and input new patients
• Use of Excel to maintain referral tracking data
• Make and receive phone calls to and from patients and other members of the healthcare team.
• Use of Microsoft Teams for intra-office communications
• The applicant will report directly to the Lead Patient Care Coordinator
• Build daily schedules for mobile care teams throughout multiple states.
• Medical office experience and/or customer support service is a plus.
