The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced Of Counsel Attorney to join our top rate legal team. This role requires a lawyer with a deep understanding of personal injury law, ability to work independently, and the drive and skill set to produce ongoing excellent case results. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a strategic mindset, and a strong desire to maximize their own compensation. You must commit to uphold the highest standards of client service that we provide. We generate a continuous flow of mid to high value personal injury cases. You will be expected to handle your own caseload. Your caseload can range anywhere from 10 to 30 cases at a time from inception to conclusion. You will be compensated by a generous fee sharing arrangement on your cases. You will be supported by a full team of paralegal and administrative staff. Our firm advances all the case costs associated with the cases. This is a substantial money-making business opportunity for the right candidate. C ompensation can range from $150k to $250k+ per year depending on how many cases the candidate handles per year and depending on the number of cases they settle or win. Position can be remote or in office, both are permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and strategic guidance on a wide range of personal injury cases.
• Oversee your own caseload of cases from inception to conclusion, including signing up and the management of such cases, any settlement discussions, litigation of the case where necessary, lien negotiations, etc.
• The position will enable you to collaborate with our attorney team to develop and implement effective case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes. Such experience can include a mix of both plaintiff side and defense side work.
• Prior litigation experience.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to handle cases in the litigation process.
• Strong leadership ability and a client-oriented approach to legal practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
