- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
- Document and track customer interactions in company CRM system
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary
- Follow up on customer requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with customer service software.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
