- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Implement and maintain best practices in manufacturing processes to optimize production output, including lean principles.
- Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and marketing to streamline processes.
- Implement and maintain a robust quality assurance program to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality through process enhancements and employee training.
- Develop and manage P&L and B/S for the manufacturing operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce timely procurement of components to optimize delivery efficiency and control inventory levels.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working culture within the operations team.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to department managers and key personnel, promoting employees' development.
