We're looking for our next part-time (3 days/week) Brand Manager to join Sense's talented Brand and Content Team.
This is an exciting time to join Sense, as we embark upon establishing an impactful brand strategy to support our ambitious organisational goals to reach and support even more people with complex disabilities across the country.
Working closely with the Head of Brand and Content, you'll play a critical role in driving the strategic management and development of our brand to build recognition and trust of Sense.
In this role you will lead on key brand projects such as the development of our brand messaging, guidelines, and resources to support the implementation of the brand strategy.
You'll be a passionate brand guardian who will look to maximise the impact of our brand across our diverse organisation and inspire a 35-strong network of brand champions as part of your management and oversight of the ongoing development and application of Sense's brand guidelines.
You will lead the roll out of new brand messaging and play an important role in supporting the development of key brand communications, including potential future brand campaigns.
Developing and embedding our new brand tracking programme will be a key part of your role, ensuring that we're monitoring our brand effectively and turning data into actionable insight.
You will also champion accessibility internally, ensuring that our content and comms are accessible at all times.Key skills, experience and knowledge:
