Investor Relations Associate Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for existing and potential investors, maintaining positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
• Assist in the development and implementation of investor communication strategies, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to gather relevant information for investor communications.
• Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
• Conduct research and analysis to support investor relations initiatives, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
• Respond to broad range of investor requests for their various funds.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor information, records, and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials, investor updates, and quarterly reports.
• Support the Investor Relations team with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Investor Relations Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 1- 3 years of experience in investor relations, consulting, private equity/private credit, sales or related roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts and financial markets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
