    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains departmental staff.
    Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
    Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
    Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.

    Duties/Responsibilities
    Oversee development and delivery of educational programs for all MagnaWave Practitioners.
    Stays up to date with current trends in PEMF education, state and federal PEMF standards, and continuing education requirements.
    Obtain and maintain necessary equipment, materials, and records, essential to the successful delivery of MagnaWave's educational programs.
    Schedule and coordinate hands-on training programs and special events.
    Collaborate with the marketing and business development departments to successfully communicate, advertise, and promote special events and programs.

    Continually adapt and improve educational programs and program materials to meet the needs, expectations, and benefits of all MagnaWave practitioners and clients.

    Develop and maintain positive relationships with equine and veterinary programs at colleges and universities.
    Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for incorporating evidence-based scientific research and educational practices.
    Direct all aspects of online training and eLearning creation, including conceptualizing and developing content and managing relationships with vendors.
    Coordinate and conduct live demonstrations and training through social media platforms.
    Maintain knowledge of emerging MagnaWave and PEMF products and services.
    Collaborate with senior staff to develop growth plans for the organization.
    Forecast, draft, implement and oversee the department's operating budget.
    Understand the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proven ability to analyze problems and recommend and develop solutions.
    Knowledge of professional development, adult learning principles, and continuous improvement practices.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Mac experience a plus.

    Education and Experience


    High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in science education, biological sciences, veterinary, or similar field is strongly preferred.

    At least 2-3 years of related experience required, with prior management experience highly preferred.
    Hands-on knowledge of the equine or veterinary industry strongly preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
    Must be comfortable working with animals of all sizes.
