- Leading new material introductions by collaborating with product developers and engineers on specific NPI's (new product introductions) and/or CMPs (change management projects)
- Leading the qualification from lab to scale up through internal and external partners
- Determines the appropriate performance tests, how they correlate to the final product performance, gathers the data, and presents the data internally and externally (if applicable)
- Supports the entire adhesives and materials team through collaboration, problem solving, and idea generation on the different projects
- PhD. and 5 years of experience
- Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience
- Water-based polymerization experience
- New product development experience
- Materials characterization experience
- Scale up experience from lab to manufacturing
- Communicating effectively both internally (cross-functional teams) and externally (with outside suppliers)

The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
