Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the Director of Retail.This is a US leadership role that is essential for accelerating the Virbac sales growth in this critical channel with a focus on strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- B Bring the Virbac US Omni-Channel strategy to life across all key Retail customers through the development of Joint Business Plans and working closely with Brand & Digital teams to achieve affiliate strategic goals and objectives
- Consistently deliver value by optimizing Retail performance, achieve aligned KPIs product forecasting improve efficiency of Retail channel investments through continuous improvement methodologies
