We are looking to add a full time line cook to our small but highly dedicated team of professionals in the heart of downtown Buffalo.

Our focus is on ingredient centric food that expresses the terroir of our region. There is opportunity to grow within our restaurant group for the right candidate. An experienced candidate is preferred but we are willing to train someone with the right attitude or passion.
