    Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to place an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a growing client in Savannah, GA. We are seeking a tech-savvy, organized, confident individual who will work on projects, manage events, and have some calendar management responsibilities. The EA will also be the lead point of contact for the annual employee party and announcements to employees.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
    • Assist with project management and coordination.
    • Conduct research and gather information for reports and presentations.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and conferences.
    • Assist with event planning and coordination.

    Essential Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
    • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
