- Should have hands on automation frameworks, define automation strategies, lead and guide automation community.
- Deft in handling large program and providing Automation solutions especially API testing(karate) and Selenium is mandatory.
- Knowledge to PC guidewire is required
- Experienced with Cloud testing(AWS); Develop and Run Automation scripts in Cloud environment.
- Should have experience in different automation tools and frame works (mainly with selenium, KarateAPI, SOAPUI pro, CA Dev test, BDD Framework, cloud testing, Mavan, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline implementation etc )
- Capable of adapting to new technology and framework.
- Should able to lead automation effort and interact with number of other testing portfolios/leadership.
- Provide thought leadership on Automation approach across the enterprise.
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Able to mentor and train the team members within the team
- P&C Insurance experience is an added advantage
