    Job Summary :
    The Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for content marketing strategy, development, and execution as well as marketing activities that support lead generation and conversion goals through campaign creation, generating content such as blogs, white papers, video & social media, email marketing

    Primary Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and use personas and understanding of the customer journey to generate effective content2. Develop the content calendar to marketing goals and execute, manage and perform to it3. Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand messaging and objectives4.

    Create, edit, and distribute compelling and engaging, SEO-optimized content for social media, email campaigns, white papers, e-books, blog articles, landing pages, videos, project profiles, case studies, continuing education programs and other forms of content for lead generation and conversion5.

    Create, edit, and distribute communications, press releases, media pitches, event media kits and other PR materials to build brand awareness for company news, involvement in community events, and more6.

    Create, edit, and distribute internal communications and advertising for company information/news (corporate newsletter, SMS, etc.), community events, resources, and others as needed7.

    Oversee the Inpro University CEU program, which involves maintaining existing CEU presentations, developing new ones as necessary, handling accreditation submissions, crafting sales team resources, and executing marketing initiatives to boost CEU program visibility and drive lead generation.8.

    Responsible for strategizing, negotiating, and executing media buys across various platforms to effectively reach target audiences and maximize advertising ROI.9.

    Oversee scheduling, coordination, moderation and seamless execution of webinars and educational programs across both external media outlets and internal channels10.

    Coordinate media interviews and press coverage for company events, product launches and announcements11.

    Maintain a well-organized schedule of potential award submission deadlines for both the company and various departments, produce materials, ensure timely submission of required documentation, and proactively seek out new award opportunities through diligent research efforts.12.

    Research current trends, monitor media & industry, conduct interviews & survey specific audiences to gather information to effectively create relevant content13.

    Create, maintain, and communicate reporting on content and PR programs to measure results and optimize performance accordinglyKey Skills:

    • Ability to measure and report on campaign performanceSpecifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, analytics or related field
    • Preferably 2 or more years of business-to-business of a similar profession
