    Serve as a trusted business partner to executive team members and establish strong business partnerships across the organization including finance, business operations, data & analytics, growth, transformation, and business excellence
    Own and direct the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates, as well as the target setting process, including updates, iterations and enhancements
    Own budget/forecast communications with BU Leadership for feedback sessions, target setting and outcome determination, and present budget/forecasts to leadership
    Create executive presentations for Senior Leadership reviews / Budget Updates / Comp Committee Meetings, etc.
    Incorporate historical analysis into the target setting process as referenceable information
    Coordinate, track and manage budget transfers across BUs, cost centers and accounts
    Own the Operations Investment process, in close coordination with strategic FP&A resources
    Work with the rest of the FP&A team to prepare templates for budget and forecast processes
    Overall responsibility for M&A budget updates
    Requirements gathering from BU leadership as well as FP&A needs
    Manage the project, including deliverables, communications and rollout

    A genuine passion for corporate finance and for helping others, a thirst for knowledge and professional development, and a desire for meeting challenges.

    ~ 10 years minimum of finance experience with hands-on experience in FP&A

    Workday financials and Workday Adaptive Planning experience a plus
    BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any other related field, CPA, MBA or CMA designations preferred
    Large enterprise corporate finance experience preferred
