Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our organization.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, assisting in sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

As the Recruiting Specialist, you will work closely with the recruiting team to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system and provide support as needed in various areas of the recruiting process.

This role will provide great exposure to the recruitment function and offers opportunities for growth within the organization.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel arrangements as needed.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings for recruiting team's review.
• Assist in sourcing top talent for all areas of the organization.
• Provide support for various areas of the recruiting process, including job postings and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate and up to date candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in project based recruiting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Possess a positive attitude and display good judgment.
