The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore. At The Sicilian Butcher, you'll collaborate with dedicated individuals to cultivate a vibrant and enjoyable workplace atmosphere.We're looking for Prep Cooks who can help us deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll focus on ensuring guest satisfaction by skillfully executing recipes and crafting top-notch dishes.
You will follow the prep list created by the Kitchen Manager to plan duties, label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible,
Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking,
Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables cutting meat etc.,
- Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces parboiling food etc.
