- Bachelor's degree in learning technologies, communications, business, or related field
- Three years of experience as a Learning Analyst, Instructional Designer, Learning Programs Manager, or similar roles
- Two or more years of experience administering or managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Hands-on experience working with learning content management and delivery platforms, such as company intranet, SharePoint, 3rd party eLearning partners, YouTube or Vimeo, etc.
- Experience with using different types of learning media (such as user training guides/documents, promotional flyers, online help, video training courses, infographics, podcasts, social media, short format videos, etc.) to create blended learning programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated abilities to scope and manage complex training projects; administratively organized and able to develop or use appropriate project tools
- Strong collaborative and consulting skills; ability to interview and obtain information from subject matter experts.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, ability to persuade
- Master's degree in a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of LMS UI/UX methodologies
- Experience in the selection and implementation of a company LMS or other delivery systems
- Experience with learning programs in a hardgoods industry (such as: wholesale distributor, manufacturer, or retail industry)
- This position operates in a professional office environment, which may require sitting for extended periods.
- Must be able to work from home, on occasion.
- Must be able to travel domestically, on occasion.
- Work with company leaders and key stakeholders to establish enterprise learning needs, LMS goals, and priorities.

- Collaborate with business partners on learning program development, management, and delivery to ensure alignment, adoption, and proficiency across the organization.
- Provide design expertise and thought leadership to continuously evolve CED's LMS system to be a world-class instructional tool that fits CED's business model.
- Explore, recommend, and implement creative approaches to program design and delivery; curate and/ or develop effective and innovative learning programs that can deliver multi-channel, cross-platform, and blended learning options to broaden and enrich the LMS and learning experience for all levels of business.
- For CED's LMS/learning technology platforms, evaluate and optimize: usability of learning delivery systems, content catalog of training offerings, administrative processes, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to define, develop, and maintain training tracks (learning paths).
- Partner with stakeholders and Service Center support teams (Helpdesk, IT Production Support) to ensure LMS user technical support needs are met.
- Supervise and/or participate in the creation of learning program deliverables.
- Develop, document, and maintain content governance standards for learning delivery platforms.
- Implement technical and content architecture enhancements in CED's learning technology platforms.
- Facilitate reporting needs and relevant analytics to support broader adoption of learning solutions.

Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc.
(CED) is seeking an experienced Supervisor of Training Systems and Services to drive the development of CED's Learning Programs and optimize the utilization of our Learning Management System (LMS).
The Supervisor of Training Systems and Services will be responsible for supervising CED's LMS and other learning delivery platforms and contributing to thought leadership in the areas of adult learning.
This role will work with CED's management and other subject matter experts to analyze requirements for employee training and will use their expertise to develop and deploy learning programs and training paths.
Successful candidates will have a high degree of comfort in managing strategic projects and working with company leaders.Candidates should have an expert understanding of adult learning principles, as well as experience in establishing enterprise curriculum programs and optimizing LMS usability.
